Terms of Service
PelvicOS ("the Service") is a software tool for licensed pelvic-health physical therapists and
other qualified clinicians to assemble and share home exercise programs. By using the Service you
agree to these terms.
- Professional use. The Service is intended for use by licensed healthcare
professionals exercising independent clinical judgment. It supports, and does not replace, that
judgment.
- No medical advice from the Service. Program suggestions are decision support.
The treating clinician is responsible for reviewing, modifying, and approving any program before
it reaches a patient.
- Content. Exercise content is provided for clinical reference. Clinicians are
responsible for confirming appropriateness for each individual patient.
- Acceptable use. Do not enter patient-identifying information until your
account and a Business Associate Agreement are in place (see Privacy).
- Availability and changes. The Service is provided "as is" during development.
Features may change; we may update these terms with notice.
- Liability. To the extent permitted by law, PelvicOS is not liable for clinical
decisions made using the Service.
Privacy Policy
We design to keep protected health information (PHI) out of the Service during development.
- What we store. Exercise library content, clinician-built programs, and (once
accounts exist) practitioner account details. Saved patient programs are stored as a content
snapshot under an unguessable link and do not require a patient name.
- PHI. Do not enter patient-identifying or symptom information until a Business
Associate Agreement (BAA) is in place with our infrastructure and AI providers. AI features that
could process PHI run only through providers under a signed BAA.
- AI processing. Optional AI features send the text you provide to our AI
provider to draft structured clinical data. These features are disabled until configured under
appropriate agreements.
- Data security. Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure with encryption at
rest. Access controls and audit logging are added before any real patient data.
- Your choices. Practitioners may request export or deletion of their data.
Medical Disclaimer
PelvicOS does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Exercise programs created or
delivered through the Service are provided by your treating clinician and are intended for the
individual they were prescribed to.
- Always follow your clinician's specific guidance.
- Stop and contact your clinician or seek care if you experience pain, bleeding, fever, or any
new or worsening symptom.
- This Service is not for emergencies. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
